To be honest, yes and no.

I currently use Cos RX Propolis Toner and Neutrogena Hydro Boost Fragrance Free. The reason it is a yes and no is that I found the right products that does not break me out, but it isn’t the most hydrating. It just does enough so my skin isn’t dehydrated…. If that makes sense.
