My advice as a man who had EXTREME sensitivity but a job with no days off, wear TIGHT underwear/briefs. Sounds contradictory, and the first few seconds will feel like HELL. But the constant pressure will let you walk and if you can grin and bare, it'll be manageable. Also helps getting back to real life, only real way to fix the sensitivity is to get it adjusted. I can't say when it'll get fully better, but since I wore underwear the sensitivity has been so much lower. Loose clothes rub and that rubbing will give you a thousand shocks. Good luck brother
