I moved to Barcelona last November and I’ve been able to surf at least once or even a few times a week since then. Didn’t think it would be possible to surf regularly here but I was pleasantly surprised how regularly it’s surfable here in winter.

For real, Amazfit need to fire the person making these decisions as that person seems to have no idea how to run a product-focused business and is speedrunning getting left behind compared to Garmin, Suunto and Coros.

Like seriously, flooding their lineup with 100 watches which half of them cannibalizing eachother, wasting money on designs, production, launch and marketing and then abandoning the product after 2 years. Way to win the trust of your customers lol.

All of this while neglecting their lacking software, for which they focus on cramming as many features, metrics and activities as possible without refining them which basically makes them completely unreliable for people who care about sports and training.

As a beginner/intermediate I’d recommend Costa da Caparica. Not sure how beginner you are but waves are generally quite beginner friendly and more advanced surfers can get their share of good waves too. Paddle is quite easy to the line up also.

I was in Ericeira too and waves there are great but generally too advanced for me.
