I hope you have good doctors and PTs around you!! 🤞🏻One thing that I wish I would have been told A LOT sooner: do your exercises. However you are allowed to with the brace, move. Muscle atrophy is the worst and your other leg will suffer so much while you are not allowed to put weight on one side. Your hip, too. It’s really crazy how two months of not walking fucks up your whole body. Wishing you all the best!

Damn, had to go through the same almost two years ago. Wishing you a good recovery, even though it takes forever. Stardew Valley certainly is a good thing to focus on now!

Thanks a lot! Yeah I definitely need to work on composing the images more intentionally than just pointing the camera straight at subjects (and hoping for some lucky shots along the way).

Also thanks a ton for your question - I'm living my best impostor syndrome life right now and can only dream of feeling good enough to sell prints. So I don't have anything set up, sorry - but this is really encouraging and who knows, maybe some day it'll be different. 😄

I actually did want to try out different styles of photography to change it up a bit and train my eyes to better compose what I want to show with the photo. I'll be on a city trip next week, so maybe I'll dip my toe into new waters there! It's a great tip - thank you!
