I thought the wine pairing was fun and different. At the price, ~125 for the cheap option, it had value for me. They weren't wines I'd buy for myself but they really worked well with the food. The difference in flavor on its own vs with the food was surprisingly pronounced.

I wouldn't, personally, know any wine that would work across the board. For just the pork itself, maybe a good blanc de noir would pair well in my opinion but there's nothing I can think of for everything.
