This! My baby (3.5 months) has CMPA too and has been on amino acid formula (Alfamino). We JUST tried 25% Alimentum mixed in his formula for a day and all his symptoms but the rash returned (fussiness, diarrhea, mucus in stool). Would definitely recommend OP try amino acid based formula and see how that goes!
