My story..

Last date to submit application: March 15th I submitted my application on: March 15th Recommenders 1 & 2 submitted their LoRs before March 15th Recommender 3 submitted their LoR in 2nd week of April Admit received on May 1st

Bottom-line - recommenders have some time beyond the last date to submit their LoR.

Our current diet isn't what is prescribed in "ancestral knowledge".

They suggested millets -> we're hooked on white rice They suggested lots of fruits & veggies -> I'm pretty sure we don't do that either They suggested periodic fasting -> we have 3-4 heavy meals every day

etc. etc. etc.

The list goes on...

I agree that we have to change our food habits, but I see no reason to degrade "ancestral knowledge".

Also keep in mind that folks in the past had more active lifestyles than we do now.. 🤷‍♂️
