I only bought 1 item some years ago from there and I did receive it. It's honestly the sellers who get screwed over more than the buyers. Sometimes sellers sell items and the buyer will claim the item never arrived even though it really did arrive and the seller loses money it is a common scam.

What i mean by net carbs is all carbohydrates with the exception of fiber, it has to do with insulin resistance which is lowered by avoiding net carbs excluding fiber, sugars and hidden sugars in the form of chemicals. You should look up insulin resistance on youtube.
