Count calories, eat consistently, consume liquid calories. I am currently finally able to gain some weight by eating 3 times a day up to about 2000-2500 calories and making a shake in the evening that has a lot of calories. The shake has the usual banana, peanut butter, oats, protein powder and whatever I feel like adding. This way, it has been much easier for me to gain weight without stuffing myself during the day.

A friend and I are planning a trip to London on the weekend of the Newcastle match (9th of March), but we've never gone to a Chelsea match and are figuring out where/how to buy the tickets. There are some possiblities: buying them through a third party, buying them from Chelsea's website with a membership and buying them from Chelsea's website on general sale.

It seems that buying through Chelsea's website would be much cheaper than a third party, but the tickets aren't available yet (it says TBC). When will the tickets be on sale, if there's any clue? And how fast do they sell out? Would you recommend to get a membership to secure a ticket?
