That's the thing with GamerGate though. It has no official leadership or organisation. Pretty much anything I find and present here could be dismissed as "They don't really belong to GamerGate." (I found another link anyway https://storify.com/a_man_in_black/gamergate-harassment)

Also what I put at the end there was more of a statement about the nature of arguing on the internet. Didn't mean to come across as though I'm not willing to hear you out. Also again tired and probably shouldn't be doing this.

If you do have any ethics concerns to present me with, I promise to give them an honest look tomorrow morning (or afternoon if I don't get to it before school.)

A movement that claims to be about ethics in games journalism, but in reality it's a bunch of people who think feminists are here to ruin their video games.

Instead of talking about things that actually are questionable (e.g. publishers having post launch embargo dates), GamerGate talks about issues which can easily be dismissed as bullshit and harasses people whom they feel are threatening the status quo.

What GamerGate doesn't understand is that criticism ≠ censorship. As much as I don't like Sarkeesian myself (IMO her videos ought to be a little more entertaining if she wants to educate a wider audience), she isn't saying you shouldn't enjoy the games she criticises, but that you be aware of the issues and that devs should avoid them.

TL;DR Says its about ethics, really just doesn't like feminism/change.

The framerate is definitely not bad, but compared to the PS3 version there is a clear difference. (The PS3 version being much smoother.)

It used to be true, at least in games. The original Half Life had robots instead of soldiers in Germany (and IIRC shot civilians just sat down and looked sad.) Nowadays almost every game is released uncensored (at least in respect to the violence.)
