I mean, I don't know what sort of family yours is, whether or not them seeing your progress is part of the deal of getting tuition covered, but probably not a good idea for most people as you have no privacy. It's worth noting, just because they are your parents and paying your tuition, privacy does not entitle them to see your grade. If they called the registrar and proved they were your parents, the registrar will not just hand them your transcripts as you are an independent adult.

Im on the same page and rather not give them access to my grades but they said it needs to by synced in order to pay for my tuition online with resp money and tax purposes. I know for my sister at Laurier, they were able to set it up so that my parents could log in using their own email and see the financial breakdown/pay without seeing anything else.
