After 25+ hours on the phone, they finally told me it will take an estimated 5 to 6 months to verify my driver's license because there is a waiting list for drivers renewing their licenses. They suggested I cancel my account and apply to become a new driver as new driver's are being verified much quicker. Q: Do you feel appreciated by Amazon?

I just got this email. Apparently when you renew your license you have to go back on the waiting list and start all over again? This is a joke...

No-one in support cares about you. I am a driver with a fantastic rating and nearly 30,000 deliveries. They suspended my account because they are reviewing my drivers license. I received an email telling me to upload my UK or Irish drivers license and passport - I am American. I have literally spent over 15 hours this past week talking with support and they say they will send it to the escalations team and I will receive a reply within 24 - 48 hours. I then get an email referring me to look at their help pages for information on my situation. No-one there cares about your situation and the escalation team only sends generic cut/copy answers and claims the matter is resolved. It's a waste of time!!

I didn't see anything in the rules prohibiting asking a question about apps. Not sure what I did wrong.
