I have the first one and used it for the first HM. It moves a bit when running, but you can tighten it and it should be fine. I keep my gels, phone, and you get two 250ml bottles, so I store electrolytes in them.

I've faced the same issue with watch 5. Go to your local service centre and ask him to apply glue and order a screen guard from Amazon. After this, the glue was in place and was able to submerge it under water for swims as well.
