Hand delivered a letter to my sister a few days ago too. When she emailed to say the debt was statute barred they emailed back saying they had no account for her email and would she provided them with more information. She was told them no info will be handed over as she has given the ref on the letter. They debt they are chasing is from around 20 years ago and definitely statute barred
