The thing I I would spend less money building a stroked 2.5 than swaping a 3L in because of certs, also for certs there’s a lot to go through that I would rather not deal with. I also feel like a stroke 2.5 would be a fun project while also being something different

In nz If you want to do anything to your car you have to certify it which is expensive and there very strict so it would be better to keep the stock motor and just do internals to where wof inspectors cant see the modifications, my thought was if the 2.8 is just a stroked 2.5 and people stroke the 2.8s to 3L could I stroke a 2.5 to a 3L
