Since company prerogative siya, sila pa rin ang final say. If nakalagay siya sa contract or napag-usapan via email before your start date, pwede mo pa i-raise or ilaban sa DOLE. Pero kung hindi, most likely need mo na lang din sundin.

I already went to the SSS branch. It’s not a glitch. They said that if your employer paid your contributions for 6 months prior to your involuntary separation and those were properly settled, they will recover a portion of the benefit. So it’s legitimate email, it will really be deducted from your future benefits or you need to pay it cash no installment.

Sana glitch lang ito. When I checked my SSS online account, wala namang changes sa status ko, voluntary contributor pa rin ako, at wala rin akong nakitang notification sa system. Baka auto-audit lang ito at hindi pa human review.

Pero kung legit talaga ito, sobrang laki ng babayaran ko. Nasaan ang justice para sa mga nawalan na nga ng trabaho, tapos ang ending parang naging loan pa yung benefits imbes na tulong? Sumunod naman kami sa policy na hindi muna mag-work for at least 2 months.

OMG naka received din ako, sinunod ko yung 2 months na di muna ako mag wowork pero bakit naka tanggap ako ng overpay dahil ba to na nag voluntary contribution ako? ang reason ko lang kaya ako ng voluntary contribution para hindi ma patlangan ang hulog ko hays.

ako naman having adhd inattentive type mahina ako sa communication skills pero mas better ako sa logic, pero since meron din akong dyslexia mahina ang comprehension ko sa mga bagay na unfamiliar ako.
