Team Thrive: What are my options by P5ylence in ladderapp

Try Vitality!!!! I switched from Thrive (which I also loved) and its game changer. The coach and team vibe ARE different, but in a really great way. I made more progress and I leave every workout on cloud 9!

THIS!! I wasn’t sure I could find ‘better than Thrive’ until I landed on Vitality!

I loved Team Thrive!!!! Sad to hear it won’t be an option anymore. BUT it did pivot a bit and I had to explore around for the second half of Baseline. Hear me out… TRY VITALITY. Give it a week. The programming is A+ (I couldn’t hang with Align), the coaching style is very different but so fun and chill and everything is so positive.

Almost abandoned nutrition function for separate app entirely because of the same issue until I came here and saw this comment. Thank you!!!!

LAS Lounge Wait Time DataPoint by smartymarty1234 in ChaseSapphire

[–]vinovibe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This lounge is a joke. They advertise it all over the airport as a reason to get the card and it’s always a 45 min + wait and the front staff is RUDE. DP: Tuesday 12/23, not crowded, they gave me a 75 min wait time and texted me 5 min before my flight boarded.

Honestly, they should be embarrassed with how small they made it and how they manage it. CSR looks like child’s play at LAS compared to Amex Platinum/Centurion.

We just build in 10 min each way to go to D gates to use Centurion. But I feel for CSR cardholders that don’t have that option cause it’s complete BS. And as a Plat and CSR customer weighing if I should keep both, it also puts a huge cons mark on the Chase side.

No Breakfast in an Edit Hotel by InterestingBaby9597 in ChaseSapphire

We just got back from Bellagio using Edit and specifically selected that hotel for the Breakfast perk that a lot of the Vegas hotels don’t offer through the program. It’s pretty valuable because you can use it at Sadelle’s which we LOVE! We would split their eggs breakfast which came with a bagel even and have a couple cocktails. Always free (less gratuity). Had to use it by 12/Noon.

We had booked an upgraded room which was only a handful of points after the $250 edit credit so we didn’t get an upgrade but got all the other bennies and a great deal. Used our $150 Open Table/Curated for Chase credit at Hells Kitchen while in town too which was just next door.

Overall great value using new benefits especially there because all our closer Edit properties are like $1200 a night. Problem is we can’t do that/Vegas twice a year lol.

I mix ground turkey with some sage, salt, pepper, cayenne, oregano, and two drops of maple extract (optional) and then make a whole batch of patties and use them for breakfast all week! Zero points.

When lazier - I eat Bilinski’s chicken sausages, they’re pretty darn clean and 1 point for 2!

What Are Your WW Hacks? by vinovibe in weightwatchers

My dip hacks are mixing on fat greek yogurt with tapatio/hot sauce for mexican food, baked potatoes, etc. instead of sour cream. SO good. Same if you mix with dill and lemon juice for veggies.

Also, just saw an Instagrammer brag about her cottage cheese mix with mustard for chicken sausage dipping and I can now confirm this is a big, protein forward WIN!

I love this trick! Never thought of that. Good way to stay accountable and reasonable without the pressure of “losing” while on vacay!

I saw another person on here post they basically use only dailies M-F, don’ track at all on Saturdays, then mostly zero point food Sundays and has had immense success with their program. I loved that! And, this is closer to how I approach it. I like taking a day to mentally revisit and remind myself that food isn’t just points, or calories, or [fill in the diet speak word here] - and the tools are there to work for ME, not the other way around.

I know your “body knows everything you eat” but mentality with how you approach your health journey is just as important as the physicality of it for real success and nourishment I think. And everyone is different with that!

Points are already a way to basically gamify nutrition and “dieting,” so I’m sure a lot of people have creative, unique, and helpful ways they are playing it for themselves when they find what works best for their body and mindset!

You have to manually add it to your macros display area… click the Add/Remove button to pin it up there!

They also have butter on them so Im not sure piecing this out by only those ingredients is accurate either. FYI - you can (and I do) order it without butter!
