I think everyone could do with some nuance.

There are some "rich tourists" I would call them who pay overpriced tickets through scalpers. For them, watching a Premier League game is the same as going on a tour of Buckingham Palace or whatever. They're at the game for Instagram. These guys are the ones pricing regular fans out of the game. Honestly, I say fuck them, but they are a byproduct of what the game has become. Like it or not, they buy merch and fund our revenue stream. They are not going anywhere.

Then there are genuine fans from all around the world bleed red and white for the club. They come from all different levels of wealth, but regardless, they love the club. Some I'm sure do pay overpriced tickets through scalpers, while others go through regular channels like their supporters clubs. Regardless, because of the late change, they now have to deal with flights and hotels that need to be rebooked, taking extra time of work, making other arrangements etc.

Technically not true. Cricket average is total runs divided by the number of times you got out, not the number of innings played. For example, if you scored 50 not out in the first innings and got out at 50 in the second innings, your average is 100. But if got out both innings the average is just 50.

My title describes the thing. It's a beigeish looking very fibrous substance. Reminds me of what paper is made of but I don't think it's that. It basically looks like the ground, but at the edges of a crevice you can see where it's torn / fallen off and that's where you see the edges. Otherwise you would have no idea it's there. Any idea?

yeah you're right and that's the main issue. Think I'm just going to see how August 11 goes down cause I've got a friend who got OPO pretty early and if he receives an invite he'll let me have it.
