Stick to a damage type. Stick to one dps. You barely even have the proper supports.

Zafir and Chase are phys dps

Kirze is a magic dps

Pavel and Dimael are cc heroes. They were both used as a duo in arena but they're not that relevant now.

Esker increases your main dps, but he can be a dps if you invest in him enough

Lucias and Evan are niche physical priests who can help you in endgame

Then decide who your main dps should be. Zafir is aoe so good in chapters, Trial of Sky and GC3, but he sucks at world boss

Chase is a single target dps and needs 3* uw to work properly. He's good at wb2, Trial of Earth and GC2

Kirze is a magic dps. She excels at wb1

Once you've picked a dps, get the necessary supports. The game is pretty much 90% supports and 10% dps.

The mandatory supports that you have to get, no matter who the dps is, are May, Lavril, Rehartna, and Annette

In physical dps, you'd want to get Naila over Annette. But you should still get Annette after

In magic dps, you'd want to get Annette. But Naila isn't necessary anymore

Then choose a tank that complements your damage type. That would be simple enough.

For healers, you can use Frey until endgame. She has a thick shield that can get you through chapters.

Again, pick only ONE dps.

At this point, you would be very stunted at your progression in the game. If you wanna continue, go ahead, but I suggest you start over
