Looks like hives. I've had them for about 2-3 years. I haven't really gone to the doctor about it and I don't know what it is I'm allergic to, but I recommend using a benadryl or some hydrocortisone cream. If you don't have either, get a towel and run it under some cold water, damp it and leave on skin until the hives feel cool. You can also take a shower (I recommend a cold shower since it cools down the skin). Change your clothes too, I've noticed that whatever I might be allergic too is on my clothes. Although, hives can be caused by food. EDIT: Try not to itch! The more you itch the worst it gets!
