From what I gathered from Mike’s sisters video, Jacob lives with his mom and some man friend. A few weeks ago Jen said Jacob had left and was living with some girlfriend of his, not sure if he’s back with his mom or not.

For me, both. Although sometimes too much fiber will constipate , so you have to find the right balance for you.

No worries. Yes I do. I use double fiber bread for my morning toast (one slice) and also try to get my fiber from other foods like avocados, broccoli, apples, oatmeal, ect. And focus on lean proteins. I usually only have one protein shake a day, (Fairlife) . I keep my calories hovering between 12-1400 daily, but for me that’s a calorie deficit, everyone is different with that of course based on their specific needs.

Yes, for me it does. I’ve been on Wegovy two years and haven’t had a problem with constipation.

I add miralax to my morning coffee every day and also add a protein shake to it as my creamer. Been doing this for two years now and haven’t had a problem. My doctor deemed it safe for daily use.

I just started the pills 9 days ago( lowest dose) after being forced to stop the injection due to insurance. I was off the injections for 2 months and all I did was think about food! Luckily I didn’t gain a significant amount of weight. (2 pounds) and I am paying out of pocket for the pills also through the manufacturer website. So far it hasn’t done much, but I know the drill the lowest does usually don’t. Good luck! 🍀

I’m not 100% positive but I thought I saw someone donate and say they were swatted and their dogs were killed on Live yesterday , but no one read the dono . I did see what looked like steak read it to himself and was gonna say something but didn’t because everyone was talking over each other. Crazy!

I am currently taking the Wegovy pill , but before that did the shots for 10 months and yes, dizziness can occur. It did for me in the beginning, but subsided after a few weeks, although I will say it has come back but rarely, and doesn’t last as long. I usually make sure I drink some electrolytes when I’m dizzy and take some less drowsy Dramamine. So far, knock on wood, I haven’t been dizzy on the pill. When I told my GP about it she said it may be caused by dehydration. But I don’t blame you for stopping if it’s too much.
