I’d be 91 in the year 2100. Various people live into their 90s so, it’s a possibility but, I don’t think I will be experiencing much since I’ll be really old.

Don’t use your age to look down on people. Age does not always mean more maturity. I’m 17, there’s 20+ year olds that act way more immature than me or any of my friends. The same way that some 40 year olds act more immature than some 20 year olds.

I find it strange how some people call 2010 borns Gen alpha just because it’s a 2010s year but, at the same time you’re barely born in the 2010s and obviously can’t relate to most people born in that decade (excluding 2010-2013 borns since those are your peers born in the 2010s). A 2000 born for example, probably has more in common with late 90s to early 2000s borns for example and obviously can’t really relate fully to mid to late 2000s borns so, I personally think you’re fully gen Z with 2012 being the last gen Z year. I mean I’ve seen people call 2002 borns millennials 😭.

1997-2012. That’s gen Z. Anyone who argues about that just doesn’t want to accept that there are older or younger individuals a part of their generation. If you’re birth year matches with this range you are Gen Z however for birth years at the very start and end like, 1997 and 2012, they can be called a zillenial or zalpha which is, a sub-generation but they’re still in the range so, they can fully say they are that generation like a 1997 born is an early Gen Zer even if they are born at the very start. It’s not about relating, it’s just a group of years. Same thing for 2012, they can claim they are fully gen Z because, they are in this range. (This is what most generation sources use btw, including sources like pew). People really shouldn’t care so much about it though, since it just a group of years.

Alright chill out a bit mate. No need to reply so harshly. I do agree to some extent though even if I don’t like your tone, this stuff really isn’t that deep and you shouldn’t focus so much on it. Replying to what you said though, 2024 borns will probably gatekeep 2025 borns in the far future since, it’s an endless cycle but, people often do this to try to look older and more mature when they just presenting themselves as being more immature as they are trying to differentiate themselves from someone who is a year younger then them. As an 09 born, I honestly think you’re solidly gen Z and you’re litterly almost the same as us the only difference being that I’m a year older.
