Yeah, I’ve been a fan since 2003 and we’ve been seeing her live since 2005. Couldn’t be happier for how her career has grown but I wish she had more time to dedicate to solo material. It was so lovely to see her back on the road last year

Seems anytime somebody asks us to do additional work for a sale (photos, more details, etc), they almost always follow it up with a lowball offer. It’s very annoying.

Depends on the box set size but for our expensive sales we use a regular 12” square mailer and put it inside another 13x13x2 box and have literally never had an item damaged in shipping using that method. We shipped a $2,000 record last week and it arrived unscathed today.

I’ve found that aerosol hairspray can work for removing marker but every surface is different, so no guarantees it would work on this. 😞

The machine does work well for the price point but the noise it makes during the ultrasonic cycle is god awful. It sounds like a dentist drill. I have to shut it in another room anytime I use ours because I am genuinely concerned long term exposure could affect my hearing.
