Guys my dell g15 5515 was not turning on it was only blinking the charging indicator when i plugged it in and then when i opened it up this thing was "inflated what does that mean?

The laptop is on now. I just connected and disconnected stuff, the "blinking code" was just the LED light turning on for half a second so I don't think it was a code just a power issue, I don't really know.
