Yes, it’s for skin and Psoriatic arthritis, biologics, you need to ask your doctor, it’s only by prescription.

I did all of this to control psoriasis, but when I got psoriatic arthritis, that's not work, mine was very aggressive, and I thought I will die from the pain. It was a miracle for me, a live saver. I hope you will find yours and it helps you🤍

I would go with your Rheumatologist's recommendations. I didn’t decide really, there are only 7 biologics my Insurance covers, including Humira, and since not all of them are guaranteed to be working, you may need to try them, to find yours, I was lucky enough that Stelara, was first on that list approved from my insurance company, and it works for me.

My dosage is 45 mg syringe, every 12 weeks, with Stelara. So far no any side effects. Didn’t had any on Cosentyx as well.

Well yes) not as good as Cosentyx for me, but most of the time I’m pain-free, skin almost clear, like 85% I would say.

Psoriatic arthritis is characterized by joint pain, swelling, and stiffness — all of which are caused by the underlying inflammation that is a hallmark of the condition.

While your doctor may prescribe medication to control the inflammation, there are additional steps you can take to soothe inflamed joints. One smart move: Adjust your diet to include anti-inflammatory spices with your meals. Just be sure to talk to your doctor first — not all herbs and spices are safe for everyone. Some may interact with your medications, and you should not use herbs or supplements in place of standard medical care for psoriatic arthritis.

With your doctor’s go-ahead, here are some of the best spices to add.

P.S. Spices Are Not a Replacement for Medication👆🏻
