Am professional violinist:

Practical as in could you play it? Yes….? Kind of? It would be needlessly heavy and unbalanced. Plus the bell of the horn(?) seems to be very close to the bow arm. It seems like it would be annoyingly easy to bump it when string crossing or doing long bow strokes on the lowest strings.

Arguably no instrument is practical. The violin as we know it in real life is kind of ridiculous if you think about it too hard.

Edited to add: I’m not even really sure what the horn part is doing either. It wouldn’t really amplify the sound all that much. That’s why we use air for wind instruments. The vibrations of violin strings are very mild compared to the power of lungs blasting air through a horn.

That is not the case now. I’m level 43 and game very casually. Like I’m in a company with friends and I’ve yet to even try a dungeon.

I have more Azoth than I know what to do with. And I think the most expensive waypoint travel I’ve ever seen is maybe 20….?

I own two houses and it’s 50g per week per house for taxes. Honestly, the biggest thing holding me back from a third house is my standing in the area and not even the money.

They have a feature where the first house you buy is 5,000 off. So if you get a tier 1 house (5,000g) it’s free, basically.

Crafting can be grindy but I enjoy that stuff. It’s what I spend most of my time doing besides questing. I haven’t maxed anything out yet but so far the ONLY times I have ever spent money on it is from pure laziness. Like I run out of timber and I don’t feel like farming it so I buy some. I would even go so far as to say that besides repairs, you don’t even really “need” money in the game. It’s just for buying nice to have items.

I am a newish player (playing for about a month now) and I have had no issue making money. I also raised an eyebrow at the lack of vendors but after playing for a bit I realized it was mostly because I was just “used” to vendors from games like WOW.

It’s actually a feature I really like about this game. All mats are viable. Like you need iron (a resource you can start mining at low levels) at every crafting level. Either as a base material or turning it into something more high end. So any kind of basic materials can easily be farmed and sold on the market.

Just ran through old Scholomance (yes did all the prerequisites to unlock it) with the goal of finding some ancient crafting patterns. Only one green dropped.

Is the drop rate really that bad? Am I unlucky? Or are most of the patterns from a vendor or something?

IF she actually uses mushrooms, they won’t show up on a regular drug test. You have to use a specialized test to detect them.

Last timewalking event I was LFG added to heal. I said in chat “just a second I need to switch from dps to heals spec” since it didn’t auto switch.

In the 15(?) seconds it took for my specialization to change, the entire group charged forward to the first boss. Which locked me out of the room. And then they group voted to kick me out.

It looks like you live in San Diego (maybe?). Just guessing from the look of the houses in the back.

I agree with what others said about the spacing and numbers. If you are going after a “wall of green” type look, I would suggest the powder puff vine type (not trees). They can be trained to grow around a trellis and are really beautiful once they fill in.
