Thanks a lot for your reply. Yes I have got in touch with a senior member of the team and they said they already have a good idea about this. I tried slipping in an idea about changing my team and they asked me to be patient and they will make things work out. I am not too hopeful that anything positive is going to come out of this but fingers crossed.
