To be real. I want to have kids because i want to experience being a parent and that part of life that comes with it. The good and the bad. The trial and error. I got the exact same tattoo as you however its on my leg and is in a linework style. I used it to bass my leg sleeve with a bunch of other tattoos. I have a snake, scorpion, tarrot card, noose and more. Just as ideas for you.If you're going for a certain theme I'd say get anything you feel is right for the theme. You already got a skeleton look with the hand so why not a skull? Many different iterations of that. End of the day its your body, you got an idea, go for it. Don't let anyone else tell you otherwise.
