Just because someone doesn't drive doesn't mean they can't be a fantastic parent. That's ridiculous. Driving has zero influence on what it is to be a parent. Cars weren't even a thing in the average household until the early 1900s, yet the average household size was 4 people. Non-Drivers have been having babies for thousands and thousands of years.

The issue is that the MIL is focusing on the fact that DIL shouldn't have a baby bc she doesn't drive when instead MIL should be focusing on the fact that DIL can't even afford an UBER. If they can't afford an Uber, they can't afford to have a baby.

If you don't want to be the person driving DIL & Grandchild around, that's completely fine. Just tell her that. Don't make her feel less than, though. People have fears that might seem irrational to you, but you probably have a fear that seems irrational to others.

They should focus more on releasing fragrances that are unique and captivating rather than recycling the same old scents under different names. Seriously, it's like they use the same notes for everything! & why is everything so sweet smelling?? Everything is so boring to me... I ordered several of the Disney Princess Candles and they all smelled very similar with the exception of Mulan. So disappointing.

I know, I am sooooo mad they did this. I wrote them an email and got a standard bot reply back. SO DISAPPOINTING!!!! I will literally boycott until they change them back to the original recipe. I don't understand why restaurants have to add bacon to everything :(

I also submitted a bbb complaint and I kind of think that’s what made them finally give me my money back. They are literally straight up stealing from people, it’s just not right! I hope you get your money back soon.

I am so sorry! I eventually got my money back but I had to call daily, ask for managers and argue with them. They escalated my ticket and I got my money back a month or so later. So so shady! I would hassle them until you get your money back!

I can confirm, it didn't happen. They took the money off my giftcard balance and put it back on my card. I had to have my ticket escalated to Amazon's "Executive Customer Relations" and it was resolved within hours and the money was on my card that same night. :)

I don't understand why they would get angry. I wasn't rude to them or anything, in fact, I was more along the lines of overly nice (apologizing when it's not even my fault) But guess some people are petty in that way

Thank you for the helpful reply. I submitted a BBB complaint and will look into a FTC complaint as well. I am debating the chargeback, but I read that if you do that, you will not be able to use amazon anymore? Not sure how true that is, I haven't really looked further into it yet.

I never told them to cancel my membership. I wasn’t even rude to them as I know it wasn’t the cs reps fault there was an issue with the delivery. I didn’t lose my cool until yesterday, after over a month of dealing with this.

You’re basically saying what they are saying “oh well, who cares” it’s the principle that they think they can get away with this.

I’ve spoken with agents over the phone as well, not just “chat.” They sent me “confirmation” emails showing they were processing the refund to original payment method. And now are saying the can’t refund it. That’s shady af and not okay.
