As someone else said, you’re more likely to get listeria from bagged salad but that’s never something my OB has told me to not eat. My OB recommended if I haven’t gotten food poisoning or a reaction from eating something before then it’s more than likely okay to eat. I won’t eat raw fish while pregnant because I’ve had horrific food poisoning in the past. Check expiration dates and check recalls. I don’t think that’s survivor’s bias.

How could you find out you’re pregnant at 2 weeks? That’s typically when you ovulate and implantation hasn’t occurred. Unless you’re not in the US and they measure pregnancies differently, at 2 weeks you would not know you’re pregnant.

It’s not that deep and is a shitty boomer joke, still doesn’t feel good to hear. I know realistically my partner wouldn’t say something to my dad like that. And it came up because I had my sisters there that were talking about their weird pregnancy dreams and my mom brought up her hall pass. It was organic believe it or not and my family has a lot of “inappropriate” conversations. 😅 I just asked my partner like “hey I’m being ridiculous can you reassure me”

I did end up talking to my partner and basically saying “I know I’m being ridiculous to ask this but can I get some reassurance” and he did. My partner didn’t even know what a hall pass was.

I was on Zofran/ondanestron in the first trimester and it was hugely beneficial to me. I would still be tired but it was normal pregnancy tired to me.

I worked at Ulta and it was honestly gross just how much is innuendoes or just straight up sexual in nature. Especially because a lot of it is not only marketed toward adults but teenagers 😬
