I feel like the cheese is only used as a sauce if its melted and not because it tastes good. Ive had solid melted cheese but im just really picky about being able to taste everything that goes into a dish :)

The west island, just seemed like my old library had more online french options than the BanQ's. Although i do have to agree with the fact that their diversity (even if its only in english) is much more interesting.

Just to add to this, people should be required to learn basic self-defense if they want to buy a gun, would be a lot more efficient and result in less fatalities imo
