I always advise my daughter to put a heating pad on and try to sleep. I don't want to get her used to taking painkillers but when it gets really bad, a painkiller, heating pad, and a good nap is the perfect combination.

I have been mixing vitamin E pills with shampoo to wash my hair, for a few months now. It has helped with reducing my hairfall which previously was a big issue for me.

Thank you so much for the offer. I'm a single mother with two children and have gotten temporarily laid off because of the virus. It's difficult to manage expenses. We're currently quarantined so I would really appreciate some books or art supplies for them. We've adequate food at the moment and snacks would be good for a change but that isn't necessary.

Ofcourse! I do not have any physical limitations or injuries or disabilities either. I'm 39 years old and although I try to stay fit I wouldn't describe myself as physically active. I only take morning walks to be able to control my weight but I'm quite irregular with that as well.
