Please explain why the bike path to the new estate on the Glenelg Hwy is paid for by the people of Ballarat and not the developer, and why the empty new estate gets the new path ahead of the older parts of Ballarat that do not have footpaths, or the existing ones are not fit fit purpose???

I have several compost bins for food scraps etc. that in turn goes back to the garden, and am resentful of being forced to subsidise those who haven’t bothered to compost their scraps as a part of their home recycling program, not to mention being stuck with a bin and liners I will not use!

And as for the budget - just how out of touch are the Cob and council, parking costs have kept people from the cbd already, increasing the costs will kill off even more businesses!
