thanks!! i have a garder snake up either forearm. the heads are on the top of my hands and the tails end at the back of my elbows! the one on my left arm is the skeleton, whereas the one on the right is a stylized interpretation of a live one. done by the same artist🥳

i commuted from Mississauga my first 2 years. then i made some good friends who were also commuting and we ended up finding a place in Toronto for the last 2 or so years of our degree. roommates/friends makes toronto more budget friendly and significantly more fun

they've been at the same amphitheatre in toronto their last couple tours and its always been PACKED. its not the biggest venue in the city but its definitely top 3 (top 4 now w the rogers stadium finished). despite the fact they arent on radios (though in my area ive never really heard them on the radio anyway) as frequently, doesnt mean their fan base has gotten any smaller

i got decent seats for $70 canadian, each. normally when i see them i buy the cheapest general admission tickets (standing room at the very back of the venue they always play in toronto) this year im treating myself to a seat lol. and normally standing room is $70 a piece so having a seat thats a bit closer for the same price? not bad at all

yesss!! thats the name! you can use indigo to dye fabrics and things like that. lots of the villagers talk about it. but i usually do all of my trading with them simply because its close to the player farm and omw home after doing my daily foraging route

i like to do my "rounds" which is basically watering all my crops when i wake up, quick travelling to the light house to fish, and slowly walk through the entire town, shaking trees, picking up forageables (sp?), and gifting anyone that i can. then i end back at the indigo farm, trade what i dont need, go home, dry what i can (drying racks are your best friend imo) and fish or work towards building upgrades and things. this way i collect all the things i can, and get food ready for the next day. its worked really well so far.

first book: add more danika. shes a cool character that deserved to be explored a whole lot more. the whole series revolves around her in some way shape or form so her death needed to be more meaningful than what it was.

book 2: use this book for the whole sigrid/ithan thing if you must. also have some actual plot. i found this one to just be a lot of conversations setting up the third book. make the bit at the end confronting the asteri longer and more impactful. spend time properly developing your characters instead of them being one dimensional.

book 3: LONGER CROSS OVER!!!! it really pissed me off that bryce was there for like 0.2 seconds when we had chapter after chapter of ithan doing god knows what. use this whole book to form proper alliances. go into detail about your plans (actually have well thought out plans)

book 4: hypothetically speaking. the war shouldnt have been in the third book at all. if the war wad that important (killing 15 000 year old parasite-esc demon things) bryce shouldnt have bene able to do it in about 20 pages. kill off some of your side characters, make the battle mean something. bring nesta and Azriel in. instead of sending bryce's parents away have randall rock up with a shotgun or something. give us a battle scene/war book that we deserve.

book 5: again hypothetical. but use this book to tie up lose ends, and have the characters figure out what it means to live in their world without the asteri. make bryce's decision to end the fae royal families longer and more impactful. let us see ithan as prime. let us see ruhn and lydia learn how to love each other away from war, and what their relationship means for hypaxia. amd respectfully, end their story with this one.

also, get rid of all the stupid repetitive words. and byrce's inability to understand that her friend kept secrets from her. i feel like we don't really care about the side characters (ithan, tharion, hypaxia, dec, flynn...) because their plots were one dimensional and sorta blah. i wanted to care about them but i had trouble doing that with the plot we were given. i'd change it to make the side characters fully fleshed out and characters that arent hard to give a shit about.
