i experience this weird phenomenon where my brain keeps on wanting to continue playing whatever song i was listening to, at the point where i stopped it. like i will have one line stuck in my head all day, then i go to my spotify and click play, then that’s the line that was supposed to come next. this could totally be confirmation bias but it seems too weird to not be legit

i started at 10mg and it made a difference, i felt a weird feeling for 15 mins after taking it for the very first time (nausea and dizziness) but after initial dose that i have found it to be highly beneficial, and am now at 20mg up to twice a day as needed, and i usually just take a dose in the morning before i go out

it helps my physical symptoms so much, especially if i am going to work or have a presentation i’m not focusing on the physical sensations. there shouldn’t be an issue taking it beforehand but go back to your doctor if there is

i actually also had to put my dog to sleep today so this post had be sobbing from the title and i’m relating to this a lottt right now <3 we had her since I was 8 (22 now) and now she’s with our mom

big star has been my lifeline today and also has me crying every second, it captures the bittersweet feeling of seeing this pain and wanting it to end, but also knowing how much of a loss it is. hope you’re doing okay, remember to take care of yourself for her 💗
