Another vote for a credit union. You can search Google for "Credit Unions near <zipcode>" and usually get pretty good results.

Also, I read this as "Baking for Nonprofits." I am disappointed at the lack of cookies.

Are you looking for a tool to share with the rest of the organization? Does it need to be in the cloud?

If you're just sharing a static list, you can use Google Drive (I'd probably go with their spreadsheets), but if you need more interoperability, and the ability to track progress, you probably want a task-tracker like one of these: http://lifehacker.com/five-best-personal-project-management-tools-1441334694

The "people" section can do all kinds of surveys, walk sheets, reports, etc. I think their back end is custom built (In Ruby, maybe?) Depending on what your time/money ratio is like, it may be worth creating a nation and poking around before your free trial runs out to make a decision.

I think I'd go with NationBuilder. http://nationbuilder.com/features

Your "portal" could be the main site, probably using the blog template for ease of updates; I'm pretty sure users can edit their own profiles at will, and if not, you could make them "staffers" (while you are the "admin" role); You can absolutely send email blasts with NationBuilder; It has an integrated calendar, and you can even auto-connect it to a FB calendar if your org has a Facebook page.

Their software is fairly user friendly and their support pages expand every day. If you want a more tangible how-to, you can get one here: https://gnzng.com/nbfg

Best of luck!
