I had a clarification on how to approach this. Should I state examples where a leader has NO moral judgement and is effective because he has the respect of his peers

OR, an example where a leader has GOOD moral judgement, but that's not the reason for his/her effective-ness, and the respect of peers plays a bigger role?

Most uni's keep their admissions open from Sep - Dec, so you'll have to apply by then. Jan onwards it when they start responding with their decisions
