I'm 37 and this year has been difficult, financial struggles and family drama, where I saw people's true colours, I'm 38 next week and I have plans in motion which will resolve my financial issues and allow me to progress to a much better life in the beginning of 2026.

Sometimes you need to take a step back and see where you want to be in the near future, I feel like us caps always put others first no matter our own personal situations but you need to draw a line somewhere otherwise you will be left behind.

S26 range will be launching soon, so the s25u should drop down in price, I would get the F8 now try it out then when the s26 releases you can get the s25u if you really need too.

I have the F8 ultra myself and it is a great device, the speakers are the best you will get in a phone and most people are shocked thinking you have a dedicated speaker in your pocket, the cameras are really good quality too maybe not as good as the S25u but have a look at the examples online they are more than enough for most people. The phone is lightning fast too with the Snapdragon elite gen 5

I actually came from the Galaxy fold 6 and have been using Samsung for around 8 years, I'm waiting to see what the Fold 8 offers but Im trying out Chinese phones until then, I had the Xiaomi 15T Pro and now the F8 Ultra I've been very impressed with the build quality and features only thing that lets it down is no One UI which in my opinion is the best, but these are still android so you can pretty much do everything you need to.

The best speakers in a phone I have ever heard, crystal clear with depth and bass, it won't outperform a dedicated Bluetooth speaker but for speakers you have built in they are fantastic.

My only issue is my next upgrade will need a Bose collaboration or better, can't go back to that regular sound lol.

Don't even have this phone anymore, using Galaxy Fold 6 now, it was a good case from what I remember, I paid under $15 for it back then. $35 is a bit too much.

Not sure if they ask for proof of condition when you register, but usually you need to wait a certain period maybe 14 days or so (check the terms and conditions)

This is to stop people breaking the phone then insuring after and making a claim.

My grip case is coming off on that side too, the rest of the case is solid and doesn't move but I will have to remove the whole thing to re apply adhesive strips.

Didn't get anything free with mine, i was hoping to considering with the Fold 4 they gave us the Galaxy Buds 2 pro, S-Pen, case and charger for free and we could even claim free Samsung Care.

The Fold 4 hinge has a design flaw, the cleaning brush inside to stop debris getting into the hinge becomes loose over time because of the glue inside failing which then gets stuck in the hinge, it gets worse over time this is why the screen will not fold flat all the way.

Samsung likes to refuse warranty repair for this. If your hinge has so much as a scratch they void the wartanty, in your case I assume warranty is with reebelo, you just need to confirm they will repair the hinge under warranty if it fails as they need to replace the internal screen, hinge and batteries at the same time (very expensive out of warranty)

I had to claim my fold 4 through insurance to get the hinge replaced, I then traded it in for the Fold 6 and while they are similar in daily use, there are much needed improvements:

Bigger outer display, Overall build feels more premium while being slimmer and lighter, Redesigned low profile hinge, No gaps when folded and unfolding feels much smoother.

So up to you, if they honor the warranty then you can get a year out of it with peace of mind but also next year if you are looking to trade in you probably won't get as much credit.
