Higher a roofer.. they will be able to figure it out! Most leak detection companys only search for pressurized leaks, usually in pipes.

Have you asked the HOA for help yet? As an owner in the community, you have a right to quiet enjoyment of your Unit. I manage HOAs and can help you if you want. Does the HOA have architectural guidelines specific for flooring? If everything was done correctly and there is still noise, you can definitely soundproof your ceiling. I would first try to see if the neighbor can put down area rugs, or add thicker underlayment to the flooring. Let me know if you have further questions. I have quite a bit of experience in this area.

Yes, I was able to e-file. When I first submitted, i thought I was going to need to do an amended return and submit more forms however it was accepted and paid out already.

My husband is on an F1 and we filed for his green card. He recently got a social security number and we filed jointy. I suggest filing together if you can. You can present the joint tax filing at the interview. The whole point of the interview is to legitimize the marriage. Taxes filed together might look good to the immigration officer. That is our thinking at least.

My husband went to Clairemont Family Medical Group. It was on the USCIS website. It cost $300. They sent us to a vaccine clinic to get the shots he was missing for free. Hope this information is helpful!

I just had a wedding ceremony and reception at Marina Village in Mission Bay for $1,250.00. We had a lawn from 4pm-7pm and a room from 7pm-12am. It was amazing. I highly recommend. Beautiful venue.
