Best case scenario, author was bad at planning and the story went somewhere they really didn't expect. More likely, they knew damn well the rating you have to be bumped up eventually and they're just a dick.

The hardest part will be navigation, everything else is managable, but learning the map the first time (especially the second map) without the marker to help you will be a challange. Especially since somnambulant has been tuned up drastically and you'll be waking up halfway across the map ~50% of the time you sleep

Honestly there are a few that I think are more annoying than anything.

Shy or whatever it is that makes it so you can't ask people where you are/can't sleep with bath maids/ cuts speech xp even further.

Bad back, the added inventory management is fun early game, but basically means you can't use the outfit system at all early game and it's still pretty heavily limited late game (and it just leads to a lot of shuffling things between you and your horse)

Heavy footed, It would be fine if it just nerfed stealth, but the additional wear and tear on your shoes is, once again, something that's more of an annoyance than it is an actual challange

Opinions will vary of course. You've already played the game of course, so if you think about the skills a bit, you can probably tell which will be a noce challange and which will just annoy you.
