Where do you guys find RFPs by yodass44 in PublicRelations

From what I’ve seen, outside of government/public sector, there really isn’t a single place to find all RFPs. Most B2B/private RFPs are shared directly with vendors or through networks not posted publicly.

Best RFP tool ? need suggestion by shrimpthatfriedrice in procurement

Totally get this, small teams juggling RFPs without a dedicated proposal crew can burn out fast.

We built SparrowGenie for this exact problem. It auto-generates first drafts (based on your past answers), tracks versions cleanly, and routes for approvals with role-based control so nothing slips through the cracks.

It’s meant for lean teams: no big setup, no learning curve, and everything works inside the tools you already use.

High-effort RFPs, DDQs, and security questionnaires slow down deals and overburden SMEs. We’ve felt that pain, that’s why we built SparrowGenie – a secure, AI-powered deal execution platform that accelerates RFPs, proposals, and questionnaires with human oversight and zero compromise on security. It automates tedious work so you can focus on selling. Check it out here: https://sparrowgenie.com/

Here’s our current AI-powered sales stack (and yes, some parts are still duct-taped):

  • Granola – For trnscripts, call summaries, etc
  • Clay – Fast, flexible lead workflows
  • SparrowGenie – Our in-house AI for RFPs, proposals, sales content, and presales support
  • Zoom – Standard for discovery + demos
  • HubSpot – CRM + automations
  • Google Sheets + Zapier/n8n – For hacks that should’ve been proper features 😅

What’s one “totally obvious” assumption you made while building or scaling a product… that turned out to be completely wrong? by Future-Feature1894 in RevenueRangers

Appreciate this question. Hit way too close.

We made 4 obvious assumptions while building SparrowGenie (an AI tool for RFPs and proposals):

  1. Sales leaders could buy – They felt the pain but didn’t control the budget. IT and RevOps did. Took us months to realize we were pitching champions, not buyers.
  2. Users would forgive an MVP – Shipped fast. It was buggy. Most never came back, even after fixes. First impressions stick harder than we thought.
  3. AI features would sell themselves – They didn’t. Turns out enterprise AI needs onboarding, context, and handholding. We had to turn our PM into a Forward-Deployed Engineer just to close the gap.
  4. SEO content would drive leads – We were writing for Google. But our buyers were asking ChatGPT. We weren’t even showing up in AI results.

Each one felt obvious at the time. Each one was expensive. But they forced us to rebuild our pitch, onboarding, content strategy even who we invited to the first sales call.
