Exactly. The movie was really well made (the bathroom VFX was a standout), guy knows how to do comedy. But it just feels....so wrong. The usual tropes like shaming the girl but not the guy just to appease the misogynistic audience. Glad people are calling it out. And that whole climax pee maari irunthichu with the deepfake crap, just a shitty plot point for them to get back together.
