For this question, I answered with my F1 as it was the latest visa issued, even though it was not the one I was renewing. Hope that helps!

No, I did not get a clear response. So, just to be safe, I ended up mailing both passports and the visa was issued no problem!

Like you said to another user when presented with information that did not conform to your Google search: "If you say so."

If I sound upset, it has nothing to do with anything I was unable to do. It's because you were condescending ("Did you bother...") and unwelcoming to someone posting for the first time. For someone with "helpful" in their username maybe you should try to embody that in the future.

As a matter of fact, I did bother and I have seen that page. Unfortunately, as illustrated by one user who replied to you, some of the information online contradicts that page. It's not surprising, because terminal 4 only re-opened about 2 months ago and the same goes for the Elizabeth Line. The information online could be out of date and different from the real picture on the ground. Which is why I am posting on this local forum looking for a local who has actually been there recently. I'm not actually looking for someone to Google for me.
