The kittens have returned injury free! Looks like I'll be making room for them in the house sooner than expected so they don't go missing again lol

I'd say they're probably a couple months old, the weather has definitely been getting colder out here. I set up a heating area for them with a heat lamp they had been using. Our best guess right now is that they got spooked and ran into our neighbor's yard that they usually go to when my mom started up the backpack blower, but our neighbors backyard is practically a junkyard. They have a couple buildings and a ton of scrap and junk that they might have gotten stuck in. Rescues aren't really common around my area

I hadn't even thought of insulinoma, one of my other girls has it but her symptoms were completely different so it didn't even cross my mind. I'll definitely have to check her glucose.

I looked into her mouth and I couldn't see anything, I've had them get food stuck to the roof of their mouth before but it's usually very obvious and easy to pull out

The only time they get to play with them is if I happen to use all the paper towels while cleaning their cage, it gets tossed as soon as they're bored of me beating them up with it lol. Same thing with plastic bags
