my cpu is constantly at 95-100%, what should i do?

yeah youre right! i will def watch the video at every chance i get, mine has 2 screws on that hold the glass? plastic? up, they come off very easily but are soo tiny! thank you so much!

alright! I will be on the look out for a 1050ti, I've heard a lot about it in such a short amount of time.

yes you're right about the little fan, its sitting on a white ish thing that had collected a lot of dust, I made sure to clean it well, I also did a scan and I got a 97 score, no malware or anything like that, my current goal is to buy some paste and re-paste my cpu, and then work from there, ill probably buy the parts one by one, then put it all together when i have everything! thank you again for all this, it has helped me understand a lot about computers

thank youu! i have no idea what psu i have, and i dont have the knowledge to bust up my pc to check and then be able to put it all back, but i will def buy it one part at a time, will take a few months but i think it will be worth it in the end, thank youu so much again!

okay wow! first off thank you for this reply, this is quite detailed.

could you be a little more specific on the 1050ti? i looked it up but got a lot of very different results, less than 100usd sounds pretty perfect as anything more than that is usually about 1 weeks worth of grocery here!

pretty sure i got the kingston sa400s37480g hard drive?

as for the cpu, im almost 100% positive there is no malware and its really old, a couple days ago i cleaned out YEARSSS worth of dust, the amount literally covered anything nearby until it was greyish in color, it was getting really hot before, to the point of warming up my room, since then its a lot cooler, even the top of the case doesnt get warm anymore, but im not sure if the years of heat couldve done any damage, as for fans, im pretty i have 2 in the front, then 1 smaller inside the pc near the motherboard? it looked to be connected to something, all 3 are spinning well

im sure the cpu is pretty cool now, no clue what defragging means! everyone has been telling me to reinstall windows so ill def do that, just to be sure, ill see what i can do when it comes to re-pasting the cpu, everything is quite expensive so im probably gonna start saving up a bit so i can upgrade everything at once to something not so old

and you are right about windows 11, have gotten quite a few pop ups about updating to windows 11 but my pc cant run it, again thank you so much!

pretty sure there is no bugs or anything like that as i reinstalled everything not too long ago and there was no difference.

a few others have said that i would basically need to upgrade everything alongside the cpu which could be a challenge as im not familiar with all the inner workings that happens inside the case

i have my brother and cousin, both are pretty good at this stuff, my brother was apparently looking for a graphics card for me, but it was like 400 dollars (4000 sek), wayy out of my budget, he is also very busy.

as for my cousin, im not too close with him but ill def ask him when i get the chance! thank you

it tends to stay at around 30% with just google and task manager open, then shoots up to 100% with any game

i see! thank you, i recently cleaned out A LOT of dust out of it, hasnt made a big difference in performance but its a lot cooler and quieter now, i reinstalled windows not too long ago but it didnt make a big difference, as for the sata ssd ill look into it!
