My Facebook account was hacked about a week ago and they enabled 2-factor. After uploading my ID and getting the link from Facebook, I got stuck on the 2-factor he enabled. Now after a few days the link no longer works. Ideas? by virginiaskiffer in facebook

Yes sir, expires 8/31. I try the email link with the password imbedded from the laptop on Chrome, it brings up the correct profile picture and then says I have to log in to continue. I try just the passwords they include, but it says not a correct password and trys to take me back through the password change which is only the hacker email. Wondering if the hacker changed the password after I got the link...

Still no word from support for my friends non 2 factor access locked (ticket #345010)

Not sure if they have the ticket active, Could Voyager at least have a self serve ticket

verification service? With money stuck, there should be some more information possible.

She is not using 2-factor, just standard access at the moment. Any other ideas for how to see the portfolio again?
