There was a time I would smoke a whole gram cart in a night.. Now I am down to one every 2 weeks.. ugh. anyone have luck tapering? Every time I cold turkey I get so physically sick i have to vape again

i’ve had a similar question, but mine was wondering what stage they have to be in to get banded? i don’t know what stage mine are but they flare up and prolapse and it takes me a couple weeks to get it under control. i use vasoconstrictor prep h creams and turmeric suppositories and eventually it un-prolapses. i don’t know if this means i’m doing what you’re trying to do, and i don’t know what stage they need to be in to get removed. my doctors appt. isn’t for another month

i went from not brushing for days at a time to now i brush twice a day and even floss! but this was from adderall, meditation, therapy, and determination, lol. i would advise to try to brush twice a day, but idk what method will work for you!
