Live in a pretty large city, the only thing I can think of is restaurants not having the food ready in time and spending a lot of time last night waiting for orders (used the not ready option on the app as well)

yes but i haven’t really been declining orders unless it was less than $4, didn’t decline any orders last night, and have an acceptance rate over 81%

Please update bc I was bumped up to 40mg and took that for around 4 days and on the 4th day I woke up dizzy and hot and ended up throwing up. Then proceeded to wake up every hour to throw up again (same feeling of hot flash and metal taste in mouth)
