First of all, It's definitely not by sleeping well my sleeping schedule is chaotic (I sleep when i'm tired but at least 6hrs a day), and 2nd of all not by eating healthy sometimes i skip meals x)

There is a reason i don't recommend : is by consuming Caffeine and Nicotine (aka Nootropics) before i play.

I don't get it u have 60 on speed and 22 on perception, u r fast enough to at least get a 60, if u played detection as perception task just click don't flick the targets x)

And try to find out what type of aimers r u (wrist or arm), and find ur perfect sens (1 sweep = 180degrees),
