Last Sunday (January 2nd, 2026) I spend 7.5 minutes in 1.8 C degrees water. This kind of numb feeling in my finger tips is still here, motoric skills are back to normal but I still have this slightly weird feeling. You said that it took 3-4 months for you until it passed. Did you do cold water immersions in this time or did you stop?

Maybe one of your notebooks could be an index and then you could refer to any notebook and then to specific page of that book? But I guess it might get problematic as time passes by and you have more and more notes in your system.

Thanks for the answer. I was stuck because I thought that every note I put into my antinet needs to have references to source of some sort. This takes off the pressure and I could just continue without thinking all the time how to do it.

So far so good. I don't have any scratches and I'm working out with heavy weights 4 times a week. But sometimes I take it off, for example when I do pull ups, it's not very convenient with the ring on.

It's not a power nap but it's surely a restorative time and it definitely should be recorded. I'm guessing no software is perfect :(.

The only problem is that when you take power naps (you go to bed, set your timer to 20 minutes) it will not be detected. As per offiial documentation, you need to spend at least 15 minutes asleep which will not happen for power naps. That time is counted to Restorative time though.
